Attorneys

Ms. Loper is a member of the American Association for Justice, Florida Justice Association and The Jacksonville Bar Association. She has served as a legislative aid in the State of Florida for a lobbying firm, is licensed to practice law in Florida and before the United States District Court for the Middle and Northern District of Florida and Southern District of Alabama. Ms Loper earned her J.D. from the Samford University Cumberland School of Law, where she served as the American Bar Association Delegate.
