Michelle Martino

Attorney

Michelle Martino is an experienced attorney serving the Jacksonville community in personal injury and wrongful death cases, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, product liability, and complex civil litigation.

Michelle is a Jacksonville native. She started her career at a boutique firm in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, representing common interest communities and corporations in all facets of their business, including litigation. She has also worked as an insurance defense attorney at the largest Florida insurance defense firm. While there, she witnessed firsthand how insurance companies handled and valued cases against victims of negligence. She has now dedicated her career to helping those injured receive just compensation.

Michelle is admitted to all Florida Courts and the United States District Courts in the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. Michelle is also admitted to practice law in the state of Georgia.

Michelle is married to her husband, a law professor, and they just recently welcomed their first child. When she is not working or being a mother, Michelle sits on the young professional board for Dreams Come True of Jacksonville, raising awareness for the organization and helping provide dreams to children in the Jacksonville area who are diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses. She also enjoys traveling and entertaining her friends and family.
