Jury Finds HCA-Memorial Hospital Negligent, Fraudulent

A lawsuit conducted in Duval County Circuit Court against Memorial Hospital concluded when the jury awarded Clay Chandler and his family $168 million in liability and $10 Million in punitive damages.
