Jennie Edwards Tyler is a trial attorney at Edwards & Ragatz, P.A., where she represents victims and families across Jacksonville and beyond in a range of personal injury matters.

Jennie received a B.S. in Business Management from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2016 and her law degree from the University of Florida in 2020. She spent the first four years of her career working for the State Attorney’s Office in Jacksonville, where she prosecuted misdemeanor, juvenile, special assault, and homicide cases at trial. After attaining valuable litigation experience, she made the shift to civil work.

As an attorney at Edwards & Ragatz, P.A., Jennie provides passionate, insight-driven counsel to victims who’ve suffered harm and losses due to negligence. She takes a client-focused approach to supporting folks and families who come to us during turbulent times and leverages her extensive trial experience as a former Prosecutor to help them level the playing field with powerful defendants and insurance companies that care more about profits than people. Jennie’s practice spans a range of areas, including claims involving medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, truck accidents, premises liability, serious injuries, and wrongful death.

When not advocating for her clients, Jennie can be found riding horses or spending time with her husband and daughter.
